Claudia is the pseudonym of a fat feminist who is not new to writing nor to FA, but new to blogging. I have been chubby to fat my whole life, and am a former victim of domestic violence and sexual assault. I want to use this blog as a way to explore the relationship between fat stigma, misogyny, and abuse, because I suspect that my experiences are not at all unique.
Rusty or not, you are a riveting writer. All that pain and abuse coming out on the page and yet I could see your strength and beauty of soul as you went through the fires. To see your inner faith in something good and something better being out there and your bravery in reaching for it again and again really grabs my heart.
